  Zero Star – Disappointing Experience After 15 Years as a Customer Need to get this out of my chest as it’s still raw… I’ve been renting from this branch for over 15 years, and I’ve worked with several excellent branch managers in the past. Unfortunately, my recent experience was the opposite. During my visit today, I politely asked if there were any alternative vehicle options available. I fully understood that nothing was guaranteed, I was simply asking a question if there were other options, I wasn’t forcing anyone to give me exactly what I asked! Instead of a professional response, the branch manager, Mr. Shivam Arora stepped in and spoke to me in a condescending and aggressive tone. He raised his voice and gave me what felt like a lecture about choosing the “right type of rental,” which was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. As a long-time customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect. Asking about options should not trigger that kind of reaction especially on a Saturday morning when I’m starting my day off and heading out of town to enjoy the day! This type of experience just ruins the day! This experience was disappointing and frankly out of line with the level of service I’ve consistently received from this branch over the years. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the way customers are being spoken to by Mr. Arora.

  I have used Enterprise for several rentals over the past 10 months or so. My work involves a lot of travel and I have not had any issues. Frequently get a nicer vehicle than what I was expecting, which is always nice.

  Très bon service et voiture en très bonne état mais malgré la location longue durée le prix a doublé par rapport à la première location longue 🙁🙁

  Travelling to Canada from Melbourne, Australia, we decided to spend a few days in Calgary and what a fantastic decision it was. It’s a brilliant city with incredibly friendly locals. No trip to Calgary is complete without visiting the Banff National Park area, so we planned a day trip to explore this scenic place. To make the most of it, we rented an intermediate SUV from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire process from booking and online check-in to vehicle pickup was smooth, easy, and highly professional. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. A special shout-out to Afif, Gabriel, Kevin, and Ado, who made the experience refreshingly pleasant and hassle-free. If we return to Calgary and need to hire a car again, we will definitely head straight back to the Enterprise branch on 9th Ave in downtown Calgary. Ta Oz&Tina

  I had to rent a vehicle recently while my car was in the shop. The rental was waiting at the auto body shop and the Enterprise employee was so accommodating and ensured that I was comfortable with the rental. They went over the vehicle and all the switches were explained which was so helpful especially in winter conditions. They ensured that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before I drove away. I would highly recommend renting with Enterprise at this location in Calgary. Thank you Enterprise at 9th Ave. SW for all you did to make my rental experience very satisfying.
