  There was no clear photo or documented evidence of the vehicle’s condition before I took possession of it. This creates a concerning situation where pre-existing damage could easily be overlooked by both parties, yet the customer may still be held responsible. Upon returning the vehicle, I was blamed for damage that was not visibly detectable during a standard inspection and may have developed internally over time. The lack of proper documentation and transparency made the experience feel unfair and misleading. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

  Enterprise made the entire rental process incredibly seamless. From the convenient pickup at the autobody shop to providing a drive to the dealership once my rental was finished, the level of service was outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for more kindness or professionalism. A special shout-out to Bussy at the Edmonton Trail branc, he was fantastic to work with and made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you!

  Reserved an Audi A3. Got a 2026 Audi A3. Car was clean and they even lent me a snow brush since it was snowing that day. Did a road trip and came back, no hassles pick up and return. Nice staff. No complaints from me!

  Ricardo and Nick were one of the best CSR for car rentals I have ever had of working with. They are super kind, understanding, honest and hardworking and so we appreciate the amazing last minute transaction and so they ensured our trip went successfully. When choosing my next rental service, I wouldn’t think twice about coming here again even if we have a much closer location. Thank you!
