  This is the second vehicle in a month that I've rented that has been dirty on the inside. I understand that winter and dirt can stick around but this is far and above that. I spoke with the manager Kamal the first time this happened as there was a brown material on the steering wheel of my rental among the other dirty areas of the car. The recent rental had hats, old food and other debris from a previous renter in it. The tank was half full of gas and the front driver side quarter panel damage to the vehicle was not properly noted by the manager at check in so I had to provide photos to support that it was already there. When I voiced my concerns while returning the vehicle, one of the staff members Hallie was very empathetic and apologetic which I appreciate. Another customer in the store mentioned that their rentals were also not clean so this is not an isolated incident. After a follow up email and 2 phone calls I was finally able to reach Kamal and the lack of concern was evident. This was very unprofessional and reflects the quality of the vehicles and the cleanliness of them. While this location is the most convenient for me, I will likely not be returning and will be finding another location or car rental company to use for my needs in Calgary.

  had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. The vehicle I rented was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The pickup and return were smooth and quick, which made everything stress-free. I really appreciated their customer service and would definitely rent from Enterprise again in the future.

  Great experience at this Enterprise location recently. Had pleasure dealing with Hailey and Kamal Patel. Kamal helped me replacing my initial vehicle i rented since it didn’t fit my needs. Whole process was smooth and painless . Would highly recommend it. Keep up the good work folks. Cheers 🥂

  One of the best experience and will probably be the most memorable 💗 i really want to thank Micheal and Samantha for being just awesome people! They made the experience so worth it. Even though, I was having so much trouble with my card. They were both very understanding and accommodating to my situation and even give me extra time after-hours as they closed at 5pm that day. This was my first time renting a vehicle and just them making the transition less stressful made a whole lot of difference for me. Thank you guys so much for the laughs, comedy, understanding, and patience.. and reasonable price highly recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle 🗣️🤏🏾😄
