I had an absolutely excellent experience with this Enterprise location and felt it was important to share.
From the moment I walked in, the service was top notch. The entire team was upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Everyone was smiling, professional, and eager to help, which immediately set a positive tone. You can truly tell that this is a well-run location, and I strongly believe that starts with great leadership—Josh, the owner, has clearly created an environment where employees feel supported and take pride in their work.
The office itself was very clean and well maintained, and the vehicles reflect that same level of care. Everything felt organized, professional, and customer-focused.
When I returned the vehicle, I was again greeted warmly. I do want to mention a situation during drop-off—not as a complaint, but actually as a reflection of how well this team handles things. Laura, who I understand is still in training, was following proper protocol by noting existing damage. At the time, I misunderstood the situation and reacted poorly, thinking I was being accused of new damage. That was completely my mistake. She was simply doing her job exactly as she was trained to do.
Once it was clarified, it became clear that she handled everything correctly and professionally. I really want to highlight this because it shows how well-trained and supported the staff are, even those still learning. The environment here is clearly not toxic—it’s respectful, structured, and focused on doing things the right way.
If you’re wondering whether you should rent from this location—the answer is absolutely, without hesitation. The service, professionalism, cleanliness, and overall experience are outstanding. On top of that, the location itself is very convenient, easy to access, and the parking lot makes both pick-up and drop-off simple and stress-free.
Thank you so much to Josh and Laura for such a positive experience. And Laura, if you’re reading this—my sincerest apologies. From the bottom of my heart, I’m truly sorry for how I reacted and they I treated you. You handled everything professionally, and I appreciate you.
Highly recommend!
Great staff, very reliable vehicles. Picked me up and dropped me off.

My rental agreement was dated September 2025, and I provided my credit card solely for the damage deposit, which a staff member confirmed. However, in February 2026, Enterprise processed rental charges without my consent and didn’t provide an invoice. When I called the branch to inquire—since the charge was supposed to be covered by the body shop—they told me to deal with the body shop directly. I then emailed assistant manager Lelia, but after more than a week, I still had not received a response. Luckily, the body shop recognized the issue and issued a refund.
Enterprise’s billing practices and lack of communication are unacceptable and caused unnecessary frustration.
Enterprise processed a charge on my credit card without my consent. When I contacted this branch, they refused to investigate the matter and directed me to the body shop. Meanwhile, the body shop, which covered the rental cost as it was a warranty claim, acknowledged the issue and issued a refund. I also reached out to Enterprise via email, but after a week, I still haven't received a response.
My rental agreement was issued in September 2025, yet Enterprise billed me in February 2026. The rental agreement clearly stated that the charge should be billed to the body shop. My $150 credit card charge was for the damage deposit, which was refunded after the rental was inspected upon return. Because of the deposit, they now had my credit card information.
I am very disappointed with their communication and billing practices.
I had a excellent experience, First of all, I would like to thank Leila especially, and Laura is also a very kind, helpful, and friendly person. I definitely recommend this Enterprise branch.
