  I booked a Jeep Wrangler with Sixt and confirmed with customer service that I could rent it at 23 by paying the underage fee. However, when I arrived they refused to give me the Jeep and instead offered a small SUV, even though I had paid more expecting the vehicle I reserved. The website also shows underage drivers are eligible, so this was confusing and felt misleading. Overall not a great experience — next time I’d rather rent from Enterprise or Avis where the process is more transparent.

  Friendly and convenient service when arriving for pick up and check out. Car selection was very good and the staff found a fair approach to upgrade our vehicle at a minimal charge. Our original vehicle would have been slightly too small to hold all of our equipment. Note: This rental is not with the others which are directly on site. You will need to take a short private Sixt shuttle ride from parking space #22 to their lot. It added 5 to 7 minutes, but if the shuttle was not their immediately, plan on an extra 15 minutes.

  Good selection of rentals but located about 5-8 minutes away from the airport. If you are arriving, you will need to arrange transportation to their location and this can be very inconvenient. Staff is nice but their customer support line goes to an AI agent that is trying very hard to be human, going so far as to add fake typing sounds in the background. They do offer a shuttle from their location to the airport after dropping your vehicle off. However, they do not drop you off at departures, but rather, at arrivals (for some reason). Overall, experience was decent, but always just short of hitting the mark.
