  This was my first time renting with SIXT Rent A Car, and my experience at the Calgary International Airport branch was excellent. I would especially like to thank Brenna (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She was very kind, professional, and extremely helpful. She made the whole process smooth and easy, and because of her, I had a very positive experience. SIXT is very lucky to have her at this branch. She is truly nice and welcoming, and her customer service was outstanding. I would definitely rent from SIXT again and highly recommend this location.

  At first, I was a bit worried about renting here because there weren’t many reviews. However, those concerns disappeared completely — it turned out to be an extremely satisfying rental experience. First, there was a convenient shuttle service operating to and from the airport. Second, the condition of the vehicle was excellent and very well maintained. Additionally, the beautiful female manager and the handsome male managers on site were all incredibly kind and professional. They provided very detailed explanations and guidance, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to their kindness and support, we were able to enjoy our trip comfortably and without any issues. I am truly grateful. For Korean travelers heading to Banff or visiting Calgary, I highly recommend renting a car from this place.   worst car rental in town and customer support online is even worse- asking for agreement number sending in all the information and they are answering: as you haven’t answered yet I will close that chat…. are you serious?????? not helpful at all - you guys were once great
