  Dana is the best. he took care of us and my precious car. I would definitely be back just for their service because they go above and beyond unlike others where they don't care about you and they just want you to be in and out doing a subpar job. Highly recommend this location for all of your car maintenance

  If I could put a poster upon their building to go anywhere else that's not this place, I would. Went for an oil change, 130 bucks!!! Tried to sell us everything else we were not interested in. A few days later we get an oil leak. We go back - they are adamant it wasn't their fault and there's another leak - which they failed to notice/tell us about. We gave them a chance to make this right, but they just told us to go to another garage. We took it to a real garage - they immediately identified the leak (that a blind mechanic could've seen), and turns out these guys didn't even change our oil filter... An oil change should be around 80 bucks, including the filter. Avoid, avoid, avoid. This is one of the sort of garages you get warnings of - where anyone that knows even a little bit about cars will not go to. Go to a proper repair shop with good reviews Nd save yourself the hassle and money. So going here was not just useless, it was detrimental, because they didn't tell us about the leak that leaked all their brand new oil they put in. We wish we were in the country long enough to go and get a refund from these people, or report them to consumer rights as we have all the receipts for everything.

  I just want to thank the felliws working on the evening of December 22nd. I discovered that I had a burnt out head light. I arrived about 3 minutes before closing. They happily changed it out for me! I was so happy as I was getting on the highway early the next morning! Happy New Year!

  I stopped in at the Great Canadian Oil Change on 16 Ave NW while passing through Calgary, and I want to give credit where it’s due — the staff here are excellent. The technicians were friendly, professional, and clearly care about providing strong customer service. You can tell they have good morals and take pride in helping customers, even when conditions aren’t ideal. That said, this location easily takes the cake for the most cramped working environment I’ve seen at an oil/lube shop anywhere in Canada. I was in a short-wheelbase 1-ton truck, and just to accommodate my vehicle the techs had to leave one bay door open in the middle of winter and squeeze around their already tight workspace to get the job done. They handled it with a great attitude, but it’s obvious the space makes their jobs harder than it should be. To corporate or ownership: there’s a real opportunity here. Providing more working space would improve efficiency, safety, and morale — which would likely translate into higher throughput and better long-term returns. These techs provide a highly needed and valued service, and they deserve an environment that supports them. Because of the outstanding staff but challenging working conditions, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Improve the workspace, and this location would easily be top-tier.

  They always do a great job. I prefer to drive a little farther to go to Great Canadian Oil Change than to go anywhere else.
