Completely unrelated to Great Canadian Oil Change MacLeod Trail. The team at the MacLeod Trail Great Canadian Oil Change were amazing. They inspected the issue, provided clear and concise direction, replaced the screws required and had me on my way. I’ll support this business location and would encourage you to do the same. Shop wouldn't accept responsibility for negligence and resulting loss of vehicle, despite dash cam footage clearly illustrating confusion and forty minutes duration. Percussive banging noises from the pit remain unexplained. Avoid at all costs.

An oil change should be quick and uneventful, but this turned into an inconvenience I now have to deal with on my own time. I hope management looks into how this happened and takes better care of customers’ vehicles in the future.

The last time I was here, I came by with a newer vehicle, and the technicians kept laughing saying I was "overdue" for a lot of work because the amount of KM's on my car, was higher than their recommended limit, in regards to having some work done. I told them again that it was new and the work was up to date, and just not in their system. Despite this, on my bill it states that they charged me, just to recommend that I receive service that isn't needed. I really don't think it's great that they're charging me to, just to give their opinion on my car, especially since they didn't even tell me about this charge. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.
