Talked to Zack @ Fountain tire today he was super helpful went above and beyond. Gave me information and options I needed to do with replacing 1 rim on my 2015 Chrysler even though I couldn't afford to by 4 rims & tires at this time. I would highly recommend them. I have also had good service at the 17 Ave S.E. location as well.

When i went for my tire change appointment, wrong size of tires were ordered by the employee working there. I understand mistake happens sometimes but how it is handled is very important! The Asst. Manager there was super nice and provided me with options to fix the situation. At last everything was done properly! Thanks to the entire team! Will definitely consider going back there if i need any car service!! Also would recommend it to others! Thanks

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
