Excellent service. I felt silly going to merely get my air pressure checked and filled. I have done it on my own for all ny adult years but now I have a condition whereby I get dizzy from bending over. The staff didn't make me feel silly at all and were lovely to deal with. Will go there again.

I had a great experience at the Brentwood Fountain Tire location. When I arrived I was greeted by a very lovely KISS fan named Connor! I was expecting to have a bad day after getting a flat tire especially with Calgary weather possibly delaying the fix… However, not only was my flat tire dealt with in no time but the low price to patch it really put the cherry on top! I was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of this place!
If I need any car maintenance this place is my first choice!
Connor is AWESOME!!

Low organization skills and hidden charges: Worst Experience I ever had. I have been taking my car for service at this place for more than two years. At the beginning they gave very nice service with transparency. But for last three visits I have noticed they are not completing the work what they charge for. During recent appointments they confirmed and admitted the same. Not only this with full synthetic oil their mechanic advised only for 5000 KMS. Whereas other companies advised 12000KMS. If you ask a question they move around/ ask other employees and not give proper answer.
The main reason I came to know is that They don’t have enough skilled people. They have only 3 qualified mechanics, all other are students. The worst service has been provided by students therefore they are not able to deliver a good service which they are charging for. I also informed the incident to the manager, but she is not bothered about it.
I think now they have become completely Money Minded. Don’t approach them for any kind of Service. The Worst Service. If there is an award for Worst management is to be given, I’ll suggest this company’s name. They don’t deserve any Ratings also.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
