Great experience at this location! With an extremely busy day, I thought the flat tire on my flat bed was going to give me a huge delay. Arrived, and by chance met one of the shop technicians at the front desk. His name is James! Honorable man. He took care of me right away, and provided professional, and pleasant experience. Got the puncture patched up in no time, and I was on my way. Much appreciated. This man needs to be recognized. Thanks James

Work was fine, however the twenty minute job that I dropped off at the exact time of my appointment took four hours. Wasn't any open parking spots.

Had some basic wheel balancing done and planned to do will alignment eventually , unfortunately a few day later found out that my torque bar has been stolen, when went there again to check some issues with emergency brake, had seen one of their employees holding exact same brake bar that I was missing, confronted management about it over the phone hoping he will do the right thing, but unfortunately they’ve decided to deny it even after the fact I’ve seen it being used by their employee, the bar was bought in Canadian tire so I knew for a fact that guy couldn’t possibly have the same one since the manager did confirm their tools supplier isn’t can. Tire. Later down the road also found out that the suggested replacement of lower ball joints by fountain tire was just a way to milk me for $, since I did order the parts and when my friend who happens to be mechanic and I started disassembling wheels we were unpleasantly surprised to find out that lower ball joints were perfectly fine, but did see 3 leaking shock absorbers that “experts” in fountain tire for some reason had nothing to say about. Wouldn’t trust this place ever again, but if you do at least make a note of what you have for tools in your vehicle since these guys won’t shy away from taking them and then try to make loonie out of you.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
