- SSShaoOct 25, 20251.0I went into Fountain Tire on 37 Street a couple of weeks ago inquiring about if my winter tires will fit with the rims I purchased online. They said it will. Then I asked one of the front desk gentleman if I would need a appointment to get winter tires swap from them. They told me it is first come first serve base. Will not need appointment. Two weeks later, my 70 year old dad and I loaded tires and rims showed up at their front door at 8am. They said they are fully booked for the next 3 weeks and they are by appointment ONLY store. Super misleading untrustworthy and unreliable company. I am glad I did NOT do tire swap from them. I am glad there are tons of other tire places who accommodate my request right on spot. I got it done right away from another company. Will not recommend this place to friends and families.
