  Worst experience ever. I have an appointment for truck rent on 31 July 2025 at 8:00 am. When i was leaving to get a truck then i get a email from LLIA Shcherbakov (assistant manager) and said we have mechanical issue in truck and we are unable to give you truck. These guys were offering low van instead. The manager does have any concern about us and even looks Happy looking at us. Never book any truck or car from these loser. What i usually heard bad about these company makes these guys felt it today. I am Happy that i will never see this guy again.

  Quality service amazing Customer Service friendly environment great deal when you combined together it come to under Enterprise roof . They always have amazing service their sales associates are highly professional and assist you and compensates with with best promotions deals free parking free handicap speaking handicap access free coffee. They always make my trip memorable. Strongly recommended for tourist and other customers

  Booked a cube-van rental for a house move. The entire staff were friendly from start to finish, probably some of the best i've ever experienced. When we had an issue with the rental and needed a boost, they came up quickly to Airdrie ( from NE Calgary ) and helped me out, extremely quick response time as well. Tossing a congrats out to Kapil - he went above and beyond and make sure we were taken care of, right until the end when i returned the vehicle always making sure i had no outstanding questions or concerns. would i rent again from Enterprise NE Calgary? absolutely!!
