  ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE MAJOR BREACH OF PRIVACY & NO RESPONSE I am writing this review to warn anyone considering using the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Truck Division in Calgary, located at 626 58 Ave SE. What has happened with my personal credit card information is beyond unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the security of customers’ private data at this location. I maintain a commercial account with Enterprise, which makes this situation even more alarming. Despite having an established business relationship with them, several unauthorized truck rentals were charged to my personal credit card on July 31, 2025, September 2, 2025, and September 22, 2025. These rentals were made by individuals I do not know, I did not authorize, and I had zero connection to. None of the contracts were in my name or tied to my company, yet my card was used to pay for them without my consent. Even worse, the merchant confirmed in writing that they charged my card for rentals connected to an entirely unrelated third party. This means my personal financial information was accessed and used by someone else, and Enterprise allowed it to happen. I immediately contacted my banking institution and requested a full investigation, but Enterprise themselves have been completely unresponsive. I reached out to them several days ago demanding answers about how my credit card information was leaked and how unauthorized individuals were able to rent vehicles under someone else’s name using my financial details. To this day, I have received absolutely no response from Enterprise. Not even an acknowledgment. This is not a simple billing error this is a serious breach of customer privacy, data protection, and financial security. Any company that values its customers, especially commercial account holders, should prioritize addressing and resolving an incident like this. Instead, Enterprise has remained silent while I’m left to deal with the consequences. If you value your personal information and financial security, I strongly urge you to think twice before renting from this location.

  Very responsive Warren and Ravy we're great. They allowed flexible times and provided good value for the vehicle we rented. Very personable. Would rent from again

  Not going to use them again unless they can adjust there prices for a 33 day rental.

  Guys at the location were great, adjusted rental length by phone without issues. Polite and quick service, even with their volume. I will certainly rent there again, shortly, not quite done with my move. Highly satisfied and definitely recommend to use Enterprise again!
