I want to thank Enterprise for dropping me off after returning the rental car. I was afraid I need to wait for a ride. They provided me a ride home. Oyin who drove me home is such a loving and very friendly person. I felt Christmas in my heart. Thank you for keeping our rental car experience hassle-free :)!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I got into a car accident yesterday and my insurance arranged a rental for me at this location. I received the confirmation email with THIS address, and I even called four times to double-check. Every time, I was told my reservation was already in their system and I could pick up the car whenever I arrived.
Knowing they closed at 5pm, I called again around 4:30 because the police were giving me a ride and we were stuck in traffic. I called three more times—no answer. Not even once.
I finally arrived at 5:10pm, freezing, shaken, and exhausted after being stuck in my wrecked car for five hours, only to be told they had no reservation under my name. The woman at the counter even asked me if I was “at the right location.” I showed her the email from my insurance, and only THEN did she bother to look—yet still claimed there was no car for me until Thursday. When I explained that I had called several times and had been told everything was confirmed, she just shrugged and said there was “nothing she could do” while clearly trying to leave for the day.
To make matters worse, when I asked if I could quickly use the washroom—after everything I’d just been through—she told me no, because they were closing.
I walked out in –18° weather with nowhere to go. Thankfully, someone from CSN Collision saw me outside, helped me even though her shift was over, contacted the Douglasdale Enterprise for me, and THEY actually stepped up. The Douglasdale team picked me up at 5:55pm, right before closing, and treated me like a human being.
This location, on the other hand? Completely unacceptable. I hope management seriously rethinks how they treat people—especially those already dealing with stressful, vulnerable situations.
I asked for the cheapest car to keep the policy coverage intact, and they gave me a $20 more a day car than their actual cheapest car, even when I specifically asked them "Is this the cheapest car you offer", I found this out after they were trying to rent me another car once my rental policy ended that was cheaper than the one I was in.
I called them asking when my coverage would end at $1,500, and I couldn't get an actual answer when directly asking "If I am paying x then when does my $1500 end", the person was unable to answer the question, this is basic math. 2 days after I needed to return the vehicle after my policy coverage ended, I called them and was told that it the insurance wasn't paying any longer, no updates, no automated emails or texts.
They closed out on a bill that they helped create because they didn't update me on when I needed to return the vehicle and didn't send me a receipt even when they know I would need it for my records and insurance.
They are also tacking on a $25 fee for some reason?!
