  I asked for the cheapest car to keep the policy coverage intact, and they gave me a $20 more a day car than their actual cheapest car, even when I specifically asked them "Is this the cheapest car you offer", I found this out after they were trying to rent me another car once my rental policy ended that was cheaper than the one I was in. I called them asking when my coverage would end at $1,500, and I couldn't get an actual answer when directly asking "If I am paying x then when does my $1500 end", the person was unable to answer the question, this is basic math. 2 days after I needed to return the vehicle after my policy coverage ended, I called them and was told that it the insurance wasn't paying any longer, no updates, no automated emails or texts. They closed out on a bill that they helped create because they didn't update me on when I needed to return the vehicle and didn't send me a receipt even when they know I would need it for my records and insurance. They are also tacking on a $25 fee for some reason?!

Both my wife and I were incredibly impressed by her professionalism and how pleasant she was throughout the entire rental process.   Big SHOUTOUT to Ann the Branch Manager!!! Not only did she help out with what we needed with our rental car but she let me use her desk in her office to let me change my baby. PLUS with me running out of wipes to change my baby she had baby wipes that I could use as well!! She 100% came through! What customer service! Thank you!!!

  Got scammed here because the staff told me they will talk to their neighbour CSN EAST LAKE to pay for the extra rental charge as they only booked for one day initially but took them longer to finish repairing my car, A month later i realized i was still not reimbursed so i called only to hear back that i need to talk to CSN directly, Upon calling CSN i was told they billed them for 3 days already and charge me for 2 days. They are scamming neighbours by charging them extra time and services which customers are not even getting.
