Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and willing to listen and answer all my questions. The vehicle I had chosen on-line was available, cleaned and ready to go. As a word of advice, when booking on-line through Expedia, do not chose the Expedia offered collision damage insurance, instead wait and take the insurance offered by Enterprise at the location. It's less expensive and would be less hassle if something did happen (Expedia's is from some 3rd party which presents some challenges if a claim were to occur). I've had an incredibly poor experience at another local rental company which has resulted in not renting for several years now. Enterprise on 17th totally reversed that. I will be back for my next rental needs. Thanks Randy and Enterprise on 17th!!
