  We're happy to echo the 5-star reviews from other customers. We chose this location as a more convenient alternative to the airport and received a midsize SUV equipped with winter tires. The staff took our concerns seriously when we noticed a small chip in the windshield (pictured)—a common occurrence when driving in the prairies. Upon returning the vehicle, we accidentally left an item in the trunk, and a thoughtful staff member promptly chased us down to return it. We truly appreciated the excellent service!

  Staff walk through the parking lot pressing the panic or horn button on the fob, all day long. To spot one car usually is 20-30 honks. Staff are too lazy to look for the vehicle in lot even though there is usually never more then 10 cars. This is very disrupting and disrespectful to listen to on a regular basis.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. After returning my rental, I realized a couple days later that I had accidentally left my wallet in the glove box. I called immediately, explained exactly where it was, and mentioned that it contained a large amount of cash. I was repeatedly told nothing was found, that the car was “thoroughly cleaned,” and that if anything had been found it would be in their safe. I even asked how the cleaners wouldn’t notice a wallet in the glove box - they still denied. I was told multiple times to “call back” and that they would check again. The next morning, after being told to call back, I called right at 7:30 AM. Suddenly, they said they did have my wallet. This made absolutely no sense after being told repeatedly that it wasn’t there and that the car had already been searched thoroughly. When I went to pick it up, $100 was missing from my wallet. I can’t prove exactly what happened behind the scenes, but the way this was handled makes it feel like dealing with thieves. The dishonesty, the runaround, and the missing cash speak for themselves. I will never rent from this place again and strongly warn others to be extremely careful.

  This branch have amazing service. All of the staffs are kind and professional. The cars they use for rentals are all very good with reasonable pirce. This location is by far the best compared to other Enterprise branches.

  wow what a bad experience- we’ve booked a car as ours broke down, received a confirmation(see pictures) organized an uber to get there and two minutes before pick up time they’ve called and said they are fully booked. Are you serious??? Not an apology, not offering help or coving uber nor anything else. This is just rude and not the way how business is done!! I would give zero starts if I could !!!
