    I would like to share my appreciation for Ryan and his outstanding customer service. This is my third time visiting this Enterprise location, and 1 have always chosen to deal with Ryan because of his professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to helping customers. Today is his last day at work, and I truly wish him the best of luck and continued success in his future endeavors. He always greets customers with a smile and goes above and beyond to assist with everything a customer might need. This is a well-deserved 5-star review for Ryan. I hope that after his departure, the rest of the team at this Enterprise location will continue to provide the same excellent level of service that Ryan consistently delivered.     Convenient pickup. Nice, clean vehicle. Easy, no hassle rental. I enjoyed driving the vehicle I was provided. Easy to drop off the car. Friendly staff who seemed to be on the level.

    gave us two winter tires and two all seasons mismatched in the heart of a winter storm. the winter tires were NOT on the drivetrain (meaning it was useless). uneven wear on the tires, car kept veering to the left especially in a lot of snow. got stuck several times. couldnt leave the DRIVEWAY. had to have everyone get out and push in the middle of the highway and intersection.

    I’ve rented from plenty of car rental companies, but this one truly stands out. The staff made everything painless and easy from start to finish. I did end up with a small chip in the windshield, but it was handled smoothly and was covered without any hassle. I was also about an hour late returning the vehicle (I overslept), and they were incredibly understanding—basically telling me, “It’s okay, we’ll let it slide this time.” That kind of grace is rare and really appreciated. There was a $300 deposit, and I had it refunded the very next day.
