The vehicles were new and spotless with lots of features. The team members were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful . its was my first time to rent a car in canada and its was non forgettable . I rented 2 vehicles from them over the course of about 4 weeks and interacted with 5 different team members. The vehicles were new and spotless with lots of features. The team members were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They all seemed genuinely interested in my story and the situation that I was in with a local car dealership. I had great conversations with all of them! Ethan went above and beyond at the end of my rental. He helped me out with a difficult position I was in, which saved me a lot of hassle.
