  I rent from Enterprise very frequently, and this was my first time booking from this location. I selected the “You Click, We Pick” option while booking. At pickup, the staff member only showed me the least desirable vehicles available cars most people wouldn’t normally choose. When I asked her if options like a Camry, Kona, Elantra or Taos were available, I was told everything would cost extra (between $10-$50), no matter what I asked for. The first car offered was dirty, and after that I was given a Corolla, which was fine but not what I wanted especially when better options were clearly available. I later realized that choosing “You Click, We Pick” means you’re offered the lowest vehicle they have, which was not explained clearly at booking. As a Gold Tier member, this experience was disappointing. I hope if I choose to return, the service and transparency will be much better.

  I must say I haven't had the best experience with car rental agencies in the past. But this Enterprise went above and beyond my expectations. Dropped my VW Taos at Country Hills Volkswagen for a warranty repair that would take 2-4 days. I show up after work 30 mins before close to pick up my rental. The car they had set aside for me was damaged from a previous customer so they were unable to rent it to me. Ethan however the Assistant Manager took care of me, ensuring I would get a vehicle. He put in a 2025 Mercedes Benz CLA 250. Would've loved to have kept this car for the duration of my rental, but VW apparently has a rule that it has to be one of their vehicles to cover the cost of the rental. Ethan however ensured my rental vehicle was delivered to my workplace giving me a 2026 VW Taos as my rental. Kudos as well to the rest of the staff too, for making the rental experience with little hassle as possible!

  A mini van was unavailable as requested and needed. We were offered 2 vehicles for the same price which we accepted ( no other option). Kindly, Ms.Ashley Blank discounted or rental to account for double gas and parking fees to make up the difference. We saved a lot of money off site versus in terminal over the holiday week. Calgary in terminal rates were exorbitant!!!

  I had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. I arrived very late to pick up my rental, and Ethan and his team truly went above and beyond for me. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, walked me through everything with patience, and never once made me feel like an inconvenience. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out, and it turned what could’ve been a tiring late-night errand into a genuinely great experience. I can confidently say I won’t go anywhere else in Calgary when I need a rental. Huge thanks to Ethan and the team—your customer service is on another level!
