    Dylan is an excellent team member and all about customer service! Very helpful and kind! Shout out to Ben as well! They were the best and caused Zero stress as I am going through the process of getting hail damage fixed! I would highly recommend this location!

    I had a bad experience here last week with 2 staffs. We rented the car and told them the car didn't work after the snow and the road is too slippery. The car kept sliding down to the hill and my fam almost got accident. We call the company and asked about the car as well as the winter tires. They said that winter tires is just the special request. I asked why u didn't tell from the beginning for customers and since this is winter. They could have told customers for their safety and more professional . Then we can do that to make it better and safer for the trip. We had a bad fighting through the phone and my family is not happy since we cant use the car to go anywhere and then we had to book Uber. They kept continuing cut us off and didn't let us to finish what we confused. Anw later then i returned to another location and the manager there is amazing. He refunded 1 day for us which we ask this location about the situation but they didn't care. The way he worked is really different to this place. Anw im not gonna come back with this company
