Although, at the time I rented, I wish they had more options available in the luxury sedan segment other than the Mercedes, but these are a great experience to drive, I rented these twice! The Mustang Convertible was also nice to drive! Thank you.
- RRRayOct 23, 20255.0Amazing experience overall!! Quick efficient and amazing quality of service. First of pretty confusing this is what I wish I knew. You must go up arrivals (arrivals ramp) to check in and you’ll understand the process. Just follow the signs. 2nd floor. The vehicles are in departures. From there it’s smooth sailing. On return you must go up departures and stay on the left lane where you must enter enterprise parking lot. From there you put your car in the drop off zone and drop the vehicle! Keys in the bin and they do it all for you. Vehicle was very clean, freshly washer and interior cleaned beautifully! Comes with full gas as well! They are also willing to accommodate if the vehicle is not for you. Staff was so kind! Price was very fair! They were pretty fast! I reserved a car weeks ago and it went smoothly! The exactly what I reserved (kia) but got in something similar (nissan sedan)! They are very transparent and clear and simple! Mo did an amazing job explaining everything from size of damages and everything in between. Lorenzo was awesome when I returned my vehicle. I expressed my concerns with the vehicle (dents and chips already on the car, I recorded before hand), he constantly reassured me and return was smooth!
