- AAAliFeb 25, 20261.0I was told by the manager that they do not have a single car without a damaged windshield. I was also informed that none of their vehicles have winter tires available. Initially, I was given a car with a damaged windshield and all-season tires. After two days, they switched me to another vehicle — which also had a damaged windshield. This experience was disappointing, especially considering the safety concerns during winter conditions. I expected better vehicle condition and preparation.

Customer service is a big one for me, especially if I intend to go back if I need their services again. They are also a five minute walk away from CSN Crowfoot Imaging, which is where my car was being fixed.

I have always been impressed with all the staff here everytime, from Kinga, Tia, Logan, Andrew and others I spoke with. They are always extremely helpful, professional, courteous, friendly, respectful & go over & above. They always take my preferences into account. Very quick & efficient. I highly recommend Crowfoot Enterprise for any rental vehicle you require.

I had a horrible experience from other locations and when I had a flat tire, 17th avenue downtown wouldn’t switch me out a vehicle even though I was right beside them. Crowfoot and the airport were the only locations willing to swap me out right away.
