An employee that went beyond and above was Andrew. He wasn't directly dealing with us, but paid attention to my needs as I was driving from Calgary to Edmonton. He recommended a different car (same price point), that worked better for us. On the way back they close at 6:00 pm. I was pushing the time limits a smidge. He made sure that I felt taken care of and took extra time to help make it a smooth transition. He even made sure I had everything out of my car!
