  Great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Calgary! Friendly, professional staff, quick and easy pickup, and a clean, well-maintained vehicle. The customer service really stood out and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend this location!

  Came here for a rental after having my car written off and they were extremely unprofessional. I called them, emailed them before closing to ask some things and had no reply whatsoever. They also didn’t give any kind of information if you’re allowed to smoke in the car as well. Someone gave a paper on how big of a burn damage would lead to me paying for damages yet didn’t inform me at all if you can smoke because then where would burn damages come from? Just felt extremely unprofessional, when i came to return the car they chose to act like they didn’t do anything wrong when I confronted them about no answering my calls or emails. Truly wouldn’t recommend this location unless you have the time to be coming over before closing for questions otherwise don’t.

  I don't know his name but I don't know why he is not helpful like the other employees. I had missing item in the car i returned and I came to check this morning and he was rude and not helpful.

  Today I had a truly wonderful experience courtesy of multiple people over at this Enterprise location. Firstly, when needing a ride I received help from Pawan. He helped me get over to the location from where I was and made sure that I was fully kept up to date with everything I needed to know prior to deciding to rent a car based on circumstances. He is a truly brilliant individual who is aspiring to be in a more business management style role in the future, and who has exceptionally good historical skill with business. Pawan made sure that all of my needs were met appropriately and above and beyond than I could have expected. When I entered the location, not only is it an open space with generally good atmosphere and communication taking place, I had the pleasure of also meeting Anad (the acting store manager). His leadership style truly shows throughout his entire building and with all of the staff and service members. Some may say there is always a trickle-down effect at any business. I would agree. Especially as the positivity and the courtesy and genuine sincere connection trickled down from him throughout the entire business and beyond. I think sometimes people forget that it can be hard to do the right thing and to see the right thing. What really shows here is that it's not a negative trickle-down. It's a positive one. And this is the kind of place that I truly enjoy approaching. Whether it's for business, service, or even just making personalized connections. I'm truly grateful for everyone I got to meet today at this particular Enterprise location. I made sure to ask both Pawan and Anad if I could mention their names here because their service was extraordinary. On every single front, truly brilliant and breathtaking. Because I didn't end up taking a vehicle today from Enterprise, I won't be able to submit a survey with outstanding results. So instead, I bring you this review along with a bonus: 22/10 Because just these two individuals alone proved to me that a person can excel past a 10 out of 10 and become an 11 out of 10 easily. These two right here together proved that there can be a review of worthy of 22 out of 10. Thank you to everyone today at this Enterprise location. You know who you are as you made my day just that much better by simply existing and being the best forms of professionalism and relatability and so much more. Cheers to all of you!
