    The group of gentlemen at this location are extremely courteous and very attentive. I consistently long for the days when true customer service existed - now absent, it still exists at this Enterprise location. Instead of the guys having an “I’m at work - UGH!” attitude, they had a, “I’m going to give this customer the best experience” attitude. And they seemed to work as a team in holding that value. My only regret is that this location isn’t bigger and more accessible simply because their service is so excellent.

    I had an excellent experience at the Enterprise Fish Creek location in Calgary. The staff were kind, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. The vehicle was ready when I arrived, and drop-off was handled promptly and efficiently. Overall, the service was outstanding from start to finish.

    Over the last couple of weeks I have had some car issues and was in need of a vehicle. The team at this location (Macleod/Shawnessy) is absolutely wonderful. Their service and communication was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you team for making a stressful situation so much better!!! You guys are amazing!!

    It's a small location with limited inventory, but the customer service is always amazing. I have never had a bad experience and I feel like each person I have dealt with has gone above and beyond. Having limited inventory, there have been a couple times where they did not have the class I reserved and I received an upgrade. If you are really set on the class you reserved, I would recommend calling the location directly to see what they have or what they are expecting to get returned.
