Nobody showed up at the arranged time, showed up an hour late….then when I got to the strore they advised me the deposit was double what I was told and they needed other documents to rent the vechicle. They called to confirm everything the day before and not once told me I needed any documents other than my licence. Absolute waste of my time and energy terribly run office

However, our most recent visit truly stood out. During a recent snowstorm, one of the employees (Romario) went above and beyond to make sure we were in a vehicle we felt safe driving. Due to warranty-related restrictions that were outside of their control, we were initially assigned a vehicle that I didn’t feel comfortable driving in the winter conditions because it wasn’t AWD. He noticed how upset and concerned I was and took the time to find a solution, ultimately getting us into a vehicle that made us feel safe and confident on the road. His empathy, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Excellent customer service—we’re very grateful for the extra care and effort.
