    I went to rent a car from them. I was greeted immediately by Miroslav. He was very welcoming and pleasant. He brought up my reservation and handled the check in process fast and efficient. He was such a great guy. Then Yemi took me out to my car and we went over the check in process. Again it went by seamlessly and fast. We did notice that the wipers were not working out very well. Robson came out to help us as well. Then all 3 were outside, and it was cold and snowing out, to figure out this situation. Maybe I should not have called it a situation because it really wasn’t. They contacted the local Fountain Tire, which was just a couple of blocks away. I drove the car over there and they replaced the wipers within minutes. I was on my way. I returned the car today. Again I was met by Miroslav and Yemi. Yemi checked the car, and Miroslav refunded me my deposit and I was done. It was such a great experience and I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

    Everyone is super friendly and the service was quick. I've been renting from them for a while now and never had any issues. Great prices too and nice options for vehicles

    I am happy with the service they gave me... although I had a problem, they accommodated me to change the vehicle I was using. Even though they were supposed to close at 6pm, they waited for me, and the boss, Shiv Arora from Mcleod Trail SW, even went to the Douglasdale branch to take care of me. I was really impressed with his service. Many thanks to his entire team and the Douglasdale team for taking care of me. Thank you again.
