    They don’t answer their phone! I have an existing rental with them and have an inquiry. I have been on hold three times for about 10 minutes each time. After waiting each time, I just get an automated voice saying they can’t complete the call and it hangs up. Very frustrating.

    Had another good experience with this location. Both our vehicles went down over Christmas, and they were able to get us in and out quickly, and efficiently. Staff are very friendly. Also were able to accommodate when I needed to extend our use.

    I rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Ninth Avenue and had a really positive experience overall. While I do wish the shop itself was kept a bit tidier, the customer service more than made up for it. The staff at both pick-up and drop-off were incredible—so kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. You really feel well taken care of here. My rental was a 2025 Hyundai Elantra, and it was a great little car—fun to drive, excellent on gas, and it felt very safe and reliable on snowy Calgary roads. Exceptional value, too. I was able to extend my rental by an extra day without any hassle, and for nine days the total cost was under $200, which is impressive. If I’m back in Calgary, I would absolutely rent from this specific location again. Highly recommend for the service alone.

    I really like the folks that work at this busy location. The service was prompt, friendly and accommodating (sourced a vehicle with snow tires) and the car was clean and roadworthy.
