    ⭐️ 1 Star – Absolute Garbage Company. Avoid at All Costs. I contacted a different Enterprise Rent-A-Car location after my previous rental dispute, and they flat-out refused to rent to me without even looking into the situation. Why? Because I refused to accept responsibility for damage I did NOT cause on a previous rental. That’s it. No discussion. No review. No fairness. Just an automatic denial because I didn’t let them take my money for pre-existing damage. This is not customer service this is retaliation. The original rental happened while I was already dealing with a vehicle collision, a stressful situation on its own. Instead of helping, Enterprise decided to make my life harder, then punish me across their entire company for standing up for myself. Let this be very clear to anyone reading this: If you rent from Enterprise and miss even the tiniest scratch, they will blame you. If you dispute it, they will blacklist you. You are guilty by default, and they do not care about facts. This company operates on intimidation and policies designed to shut customers up and squeeze money out of them. That is not how an honest business works. I will never rent from Enterprise again, and I will actively warn friends, family, coworkers, and anyone who asks to stay far away. There are better rental companies that don’t treat customers like disposable wallets. Do yourself a favor. Take your business elsewhere.

    One of the worst services ever. Ruined my entire vacation. Never book with them in advance. First of all, they will make you go to another location. Even if you cooperate with them, they will not cooperate in return. Instead, they just point fingers at another branch and ask for extra fees.

    I had a reservation through my insurance. "Nick" took the call at 9:40 am and yawned about 2-3 times in the phone as he was speaking and provided poor service. 0 % helpful. He claimed they have no CRM to keep track of my notes and he would forget what I said. I asked him to ask manager to call me back. Yet to get call back. I ended up transferring to another location.
