Even if you cooperate with them, they will not cooperate in return. Instead, they just point fingers at another branch and ask for extra fees.

He claimed they have no CRM to keep track of my notes and he would forget what I said. I asked him to ask manager to call me back. Yet to get call back. I ended up transferring to another location.
