When I signed the documents they didnt email them to me, I gave a cash deposit and did not get a receipt to show proof of payment. When I took the vehicle back they are holding my deposit until the insurance company pays the bill. When I called and spoke with the manager Jamie, and explained that all this happened and that the deposit was suppose to be for tickets why do I have to wait for the insurance company to pay the bill. She called back and said the finance will give me my cash deposit back, and that if I got a ticket the ticket will come in 3 weeks later. I was trying to talk to her and she rudely interrupted me. I decided to wait for the check in the mail because I do not want to go into this location and deal with rude people. Worst service ever.
