  I got a rental set up by my insurance company. When I signed the documents they didnt email them to me, I gave a cash deposit and did not get a receipt to show proof of payment. When I took the vehicle back they are holding my deposit until the insurance company pays the bill. When I called and spoke with the manager Jamie, and explained that all this happened and that the deposit was suppose to be for tickets why do I have to wait for the insurance company to pay the bill. She called back and said the finance will give me my cash deposit back, and that if I got a ticket the ticket will come in 3 weeks later. I was trying to talk to her and she rudely interrupted me. I decided to wait for the check in the mail because I do not want to go into this location and deal with rude people. Worst service ever.

  Needed a car for an Insurance claim, they were close to my house and the service was excellent. VERY friendly and helpful, wouldn't hesitate recommending this location to friends or using them again.
