  The rental was not ready on our arrival, so we were required to wait in the office for the vehicle to be cleaned, but the wait was relatively short and the staff were kind. The vehicle's windshield suffered a crack during our rental and the assistance manager was friendly and professional in assisting me with the claims process.

  We brought the car to the repair shop. No other company wanted to do this. We had to pick up the rental car ourselves after the repair shop. This is the best service at your service!

  I've always used enterprise for my rentals and always have had good experiences, but the Edmonton trail ( Calgary) and yellow head trail (Edmonton) will only get my business from now on, their kindness, empathy and understanding for situations is unmatched. I truly appreciate your willingness to help when things change and come with solutions not problems! I thank you immensely!

  Our family only rents our vehicles from Enterprise! They go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied. They have the best customer service, honest and reliable. I was nervous after a major snow storm and Zack made sure to address my concerns and get me into a vehicle I was comfortable with and took the time to teach me how to use all the bells and whistles as he had the same car at home. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. You get treated like family here!

  Edmonton Trail location (4804 Edmonton Trail- Calgary) attempted harassment and misuse of customer financial information, consider yourself warned if you ever supply your credit card information to this location. We had a car dealership arrange for a rental from the Edmonton Trail location whereby the car dealership was solely responsible for all charges. Despite this employees at this location repeatedly attempted to coerce payment from me by threatening to fraudulently charge my credit card on file, which was provided strictly for damage-related contingencies. I received multiple intimidation calls stating that if the dealership did not pay promptly, they would simply charge my card regardless of liability. One employee openly stated—without hesitation—that she was directed by her manager to collect funds “by any means necessary,” including extracting payment from an uninvolved customer through threats and intimidation. This conduct is not only unethical but potentially unlawful. It later became clear that the dealership had been attempting to resolve the matter, but the Edmonton Trail NE location supplied them with incorrect contact information, effectively manufacturing a payment dispute and then attempting to shift the burden onto a customer through coercive tactics. I even told them to have someone walk over to the dealership and ask, she said that is not her concern (they have an Enterprise location within 5min walk from the dealership). Of grave concern is the apparent lack of internal controls over customer credit card information at this location. Staff members appear to have unrestricted access to stored payment details, which raises serious red flags regarding data security. If credit card fraud were to occur, this location would be an obvious point of origin. At no point did I have any liability associated with the vehicle, and this was raised weeks later. Nevertheless, the staff attempted to blackmail me into acting as their collections agent under threat of unauthorized charges to my credit card. This behavior reflects systemic mismanagement, a toxic internal culture, and a complete disregard for customer rights and legal boundaries.
