  Great service from booking to returning. Clean, efficient and well-run office at the Edmonton Trail location. I have booked here many times and I have never been disappointed.

  I never have a bad experience at this Enterprise rental office on Edmonton Trail NE. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accommodating. My go-to spot for vehicle rentals for a decade in Calgary.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. First off, I had a homeless person throw a hammer at me while going through downtown on way home. The hammer went through drivers side window and struck me in the side of my face. Zero empathy from Enterprise, they were more concerned about their vehicle. Also, when there’s an injury like that, my insurance broker told me there’s a different department that goes through Enterprise’s insurance to assess my injuries and compensate me. Zero follow up, they simply said that they’ve never heard of that before and did nothing. THEN I explained to them that I would have to make two biweekly instalments to cover the rest of the bill when my insurance ran out, they immediately said if they didn’t have payment within 3 days, that they were sending it to collections. THEN another agent said that if I made some kind of payment, they wouldn’t send it to collections. SO, before I could make my first payment after giving them $100 so it didn’t get sent to collections….. guess what they did? Sent It Too Collections!! I will NEVER rent from Edmonton Trail Enterprise again. I’ve never had such a terrible experience or attitude. I’ve used Enterprise MANY times and this location was the WORST AND refused to give me a ride home or to their business claiming (short staff) but when there it was not busy and minimum 3 people working. I live 9 min away. Thanks guys for sending my bill to collections, like I don’t have enough to deal with. For example the brain injury you know I’m recovering from when there was an attempt on my life soon before renting from your location. Just what I needed also while recovering from the trauma of the separate event of the homeless person attacking me as well. Love the understanding and empathy. Hello Kim, I can’t seem to reply back to you on your comment so I’ll do it here. Thank you for your reply. I will most definitely get back to you as soon as possible. Getting the rental agreement number may be tricky because I’m not sure where my paperwork is at this time. If need be, I’m sure the location I was at will have it on file.   Excellent experience with this rental location from start to finish. Great customer service! The team made everything easy, the staff was friendly and efficient, the car was spotless. Highly recommend
