- RRrinJan 13, 20261.0Had an accident and got the rental from this place through our insurance. During 4 months of time, we have gone through 4 vehicles due to service interval. Every switch, an employee dropped off the new vehicle at our location and took the old vehicle. Finally returning the vehicle for good, the manager says that because the two vehicles were not returned with the full tank of gas, they are going to charge us the extra. Which in fact, it was the Enterprise employee who assured us that there is no charge as they are the ones that are dropping off and picking up the vehicle. With not so proficient communication internally, the manager who says he is new, is an incompetent self-centered individual that only says what he wants to say, which we believe should not be in the customer service industry. He does not have any listening skills whatsoever. Go to the other ones that are available. Avoid this place, unless you wanna be overcharged and scammed.
