  Had a rental car reserved through Enterprise via my insurance company after getting into an accident. In the midst of this unpleasant situation, the people here at Enterprise were nothing but helpful. Everybody I spoke to on phone and in-person were cheerful, happy to answer all my questions, and offered nothing but decency and respect. Their behind-the-scenes planning with my insurance company/the autobody meant that everything went smoothly. Shuttle services to and from the shop were efficient and friendly. I had zero problems with the actual rental itself and all the expectations were laid out very clearly. It was as easy as driving it off the lot and bringing it back again. Hopefully I won't need a rental car again for a long time, but I will absolutely recommend Enterprise to anybody that does and if you are directed to this location in the midst of an accident claim—don't worry, you're in great hands. In an age where customer service can be harder to come by and shortcuts are the norm, the people here stand above the rest to give you a good experience.

  I recently rent a car here for a week period and the staff and management were great handling and dealing with issues I had with my insurance company. All staff were patiently listen to me and persistently tried to understand my situations and solve problems. Great people and place for rental car needs.

  From start to finish the Enterprise experience was select. I was called ahead of time to remind me that I had a rental for pickup on date required. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and consideration for the vehicle. Vehicle. Rented me to make it as close as possible to the vehicle that I was driving. I was picked up at the car repair shop and driven to Enterprise. When my repair was completed I drove my car back to Enterprise and then was driven back to the car repair shop to pick up my own car. I received a couple of messages throughout my rental experience asking me if everything was as I expected. I assured them it was!
