Everything went smooth getting the rent a car for atleast for a week of service while our vehicle is in the repair shop. Nothing else I can say but the staff of the company is very professional.

The clerks were nice, friendly, and always responsive, both in person and over the phone. They even provided a complimentary shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up at my body shop, which was extremely convenient. Their team also communicated smoothly with my insurance provider, making the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciated their professionalism and great customer service. I’ll definitely choose Enterprise again for my next rental, highly recommended!
