We were stressed about our other vehicle and their humour and kindness was so appreciated. It also helped they provided a clean and lovely car. Yemi even remembered me over a week later when I came back to drop the vehicle off and happily greeted me, which felt so nice because it feels like personable and professional customer service seems to be waining now a days. I even got a ride to the dealership after drop off, which was super convenient. I hope we don’t need a rental anytime soon, but I know where to go if you do, and would happily recommend them to anyone we know.

She made faces and rude, even started giving tantrum to her colleagues just for coming to help me out as she could not. I have been dealing with enterprise from long but never had a such customer experience. I wish i could complaint beyond this for such behaviour. I really like the team as they were covering her mistakes but she had no shame in asking me the same question again and again. Daryna it is if i am not wrong. Please email me for further details, have been furious whole week.
