  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Dropped my truck off on December 8th for insurance repairs and was told it would take a week. I called back a week later for an update and there was no answer I called all day leaving messages and got nothing back. I then went to the shop to see a paper that says business is temporarily shut down and out of business. So they had my $40,000 truck in the back torn apart getting $8000 worth of repairs and no one is able to communicate what is going on ? All I see is the business is shut down. I call back 4 days later and get an answer from the receptionist who still has no information for me and told me they informed everyone of the situation witch was a complete lie because I never received a phone call or an email and neither did my insurance company. My truck was then sent to there Douglasdale location to be fixed. My experience with them was great they got everything figured out but it took even longer to get it fixed because the 32nd location it was originally at had ordered all incorrect parts and pieces where missing.

  This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Their communication is absolutely terrible. I originally booked an appointment for hail damage repair with a trainee named Dee. I was scheduled for December 3rd and received a confirmation text. When I showed up that morning, I was told I did not have an appointment and was even made to feel like I had the wrong address, despite having the confirmation and calling the exact number for this location. Then I was told the parts had not come in yet. This made no sense, as my car only has minor hail damage and is not being rebuilt. They rebooked me for December 10th. On December 9th, I called to ask a question about these so called parts and was told that “all appointments for tomorrow are cancelled. Did no one tell you?”. No one called me, no voicemail was left, nothing. When I said I never received a call, I was told I must be mistaken. I was not. I was also told appointments were cancelled because their wifi was not working, which is honestly unbelievable. When I asked about the actual hail repair process, Dee said she was not a tech and refused to let me speak to one. I was told no one was at the shop and that she had no idea when I could be rebooked. I called again six days later on December 15th, assuming the wifi issue would be resolved. The same thing happened. The same attitude and the same excuse, apparently still no one working because of wifi. Between confirmed appointments that supposedly did not exist, cancellations no one was notified about, and excuses that do not add up, this place feels completely disorganized and dishonest. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their time or expects basic communication.
