  I’m beyond frustrated with how this shop handles communication and follow-ups. My car was supposedly fixed at the end of August, but clearly it wasn’t done properly because I had to bring it back at the end of September. I was told they’d order the part and that the repair would take “about an hour.” Since then? Absolute silence unless I chase them. You can forget about getting a call back — they promise to but never do. I even emailed multiple times and got no response at all. I finally called (again) just to be told they had already gotten the part but never bothered to contact me. When they finally booked me in for November 5th, suddenly the one-hour repair turned into a one- to two-day job. This kind of communication — or complete lack of it — is unacceptable. I understand being busy, but it doesn’t take much effort to update a customer who’s been waiting for weeks. I wasn’t expecting this repair to drag out for over two months. Hopefully someone at this shop finally takes responsibility and gets their customer service in order, because right now it’s extremely disappointing.

  Repair was pretty basic (replacing part of a bumper). Final repair tool 2x longer than initially quoted and communication was terrible/non existent. Will definitely not be coming back here again

  Outstanding experience, came in for an insurance claim on my car and they got right to work. Even grabbed my clubs out of the back of my car for my tee time, and got my shoes without me even asking. 10/10 would come back here for any auto service :)
