They have good service, there is hardly a line and they seem to access your documents quicker than other registries.

Hi , I am not sure if my appreciation will reach Andrew T of AMA or not but this will not stop me from writing how wonderful that gentleman was. After experiencing pathetic customer service from Canadian Tire Road Side Assistance Agent Leslie I was blessed by this god sent Angel figure Andrew who on 19th December pulled out and towed my car with an ease an smile is really commendable. I
wish if Canadian Tire could also hire staff like Andrew they will be in much better place. Kudos to Andrew T again , god bless him .

Thought I could duck in over lunch to quickly update my direct withdrawal info for my policies (something you can’t do online for some reason), instead I spent 28 minutes watching one person on a phone call, one person appearing to scroll on their phone while seemingly acting like they were working and one person typing things before getting up and going for lunch while I was standing there.
The receptionist who added me to the system when I first arrived even came over half way through this Greek epic of inefficiency to ask if I needed help, at which point I told her she added me to the system 30 minutes ago. She told me they have a lot of phone customers, I asked if I should phone in rather than keep waiting since my lunch break was nearly over, she replied “they get so many you’d be waiting on hold all day” 😐
One of the two stars I’m putting here is for Bashar exclusively, the seemingly only person working with in person customers, who was great.
Do better. Or at least add online self service for some options.

Got insurance through this location. Received a 30% price increase a month later due to “changes” when nothing changed, apparently agent didn’t enter what they were told, but they had all the info to make the “changes” from my first visit…? Cancelled insurance, was told everything was good, no balance owing. Got a bill a month after cancellation for a full month, with a threat of collections unless paid immediately, by mail - no call or email. And after all this, still have yet to receive the call for a separate quote I was promised on day 1. Recommend anyone else;
I’m aware that they will blame the province for the “unprecedented” changes that have resulted in their inability to a) staff to demand or b) train personnel - but that excuse gets a bit tiring after a few months of still not bringing on enough staff to answer phones within an hour.
