- VKVarun kumarFeb 27, 20261.0Never buy insurance from here, i got my insurance in January and the associate told me that they are going to charge for 2 months I said ok then my next payment would be in march she said yes and she asked me what date I want it to be deducted I said 21st everything went well. On Feb 21st I got a msg saying that I have been charged 505 for the insurance but I had 450 in my bank account, it bounced back and when I went there to ask about it she said the policy will be cancelled now I was like what ?!! It's only been some hours and I am there asking if I can pay back coz I got my paycheque after that deduction. No grace period even for 1 day while other insurance policy have 14 days. Not even my fault and I had to pay a lot more in insurance and nsf fees for this ama and the bank. Terrible experience. I am going to talk to the manager today if he will be there coz I went there yesterday he wasn't there. Let's see what he will say

Anisha Gupta did not respond to consecutive important enquiries about a policy cancelation that happened due to the company's poor administrative issues. Someone else ended up getting back to me after 4 emails and 2 voice messages - to then be told even though their systems weren't properly updated, my policy is still canceled and the only way to get a new policy is to be re-quoted at a higher rate due to the cancelation? Poor customer service Poor external comms

We offer passport photo services at all of our centres across Alberta. To learn more about this, visit ama.ab.ca/personal/passport-photo. On that page on our website, you'll also find resources on how to apply for your Canadian Passport. You can get those application forms from your nearby postal outlet or passport office. My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
Is there a way to get a in-transit sticker for a vehicle to move?

Can I use the registry services if I am not a member?
At AMA, our registry services are member exclusive. However, you can visit our registry with someone who has an active AMA membership to use our services. Being a member does offer plenty of value.
