  Affordable, great gas refill price and absolutely outstanding customer service. Pick up was quick and smooth, drop off was easy. Agents were helpful and so courteous. Ensured we were equipped with everything we needed including phone numbers to call if we ever needed assistance. Would not hesitate to rent from this location in the future!

  I haven't received my deposit back and no help on the phone. Otherwise car was good and clean and basically brand new. Would rent from them again if I could get my deposit back!!

  I reserved an AWD SUV from March 1 to 7 for a ski trip to Banff and British Columbia. I booked through Costco. While I was able to select an AWD vehicle, there was no option to choose winter tires online, so I completed the reservation and then called this location directly. They kindly explained that winter tires can only be confirmed at the desk on the day of pickup. I understand that winter tires are legally required on mountain highways in British Columbia until April 30. I am a little concerned about whether I will receive a vehicle with winter tires, but I would like to sincerely compliment this location for their excellent and friendly customer service. I will leave another review after my ski trip to share my full experience.

  I am very pleased to give outstanding review to Alamo’s car, rental service and staff From the Calgary airport. I planned last-minute trip to Calgary for family crisis. The check- In process was smooth easy and seamless. They only put a 1$ on credit card . I booked this trip through AirMiles and didn’t pay anything. Staff getting me the car we’re fabulous ( how to start the car for someone who’s never been in a newer car than 2010) As I was driving away, the car was making clunking noise . They asked me to drive it around - back it up . They got an alternate car-immediately - Prius hybrid. Fellow showed me how to start that one! The return fellow was seamless and easy. He was kind patient and helped a crying lady find her way to the departure area. I liked that he assured me the car looked great and no concerns. You all were amazing - best part of my trip. Driving Prius was fun! Only 37$ in gas in 6 days. Wow!!

  Great experience with Alamo Calgary Airport. Instead of the pickup we originally booked, we were offered a Dodge Durango R/T, which worked well for our needs. It was just as roomy and had nice modern features like heated seats, cruise control, CarPlay, etc. The pickup and drop-off process was easy, with no issues. The car performed well, was clean, and smelled nice. I would recommend this rental location.
