  I am visiting from TX and somehow found myself renting from this place for the first and last time. The vehicle we got was filthy, had to be the dirtiest car rental I have ever had. When I asked the agent for sanitizing wipes to clean the car myself, she said I should have brought my own. Wow! That got me upset! The least you can do as a car rental agent is provide sanitizing wipes for your customers to clean the dirty car you gave them. I only gave a two star because the process was somewhat quick, but I'd rather wait longer to get a clean and comfortable car, plus, avoid a rude agent.

  Booked a full size car received a mid size car, asked for the difference at the counter and they said a sedan is a sedan and there was nothing they could do. Had to call Expedia and they made it right and gave me some money back. The person also got my ID stuck in the machine when I told her it could not be scanned that way that it would need scanned via copier/printer. My ID was broken and chewed up. That took almost 30 mins and I was very aggravated. Poor communication and poor business. Will never use this company again. Spend the extra money to rent a car elsewhere.

  I reserved a car with a baby seat, but when we were picked up from the airport, there was no baby seat provided. My wife and I had to sit in the back and physically shield our child during the ride to their office; an incredibly unsafe and stressful experience. Once we arrived, we were told the baby seat would cost an extra $10 per day, even though it was listed as free when I made the reservation. This felt like a bait-and-switch. When we returned the car, the staff member lifted the windshield wiper and she pointed out a small chip, which we were then charged for, even though we had no prior knowledge of any damage. The employee was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. To make matters worse, the ride back to the airport was extremely unpleasant due to the employee strong, bad odor. I had to keep the window down the entire time. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Very smooth rental experience. On the rental reservation confirmation, it stated to call for pickup. After we got our luggage, we called their office. The owner came to pick us up in 5 minutes They’re close to the Calgary airport. On the day returning the car, the owner dropped us off at the airport using the same rental car so we didn’t need to load our luggage to a different car.

  Our pick up time was 10am... Our plane arrived early at 8am and their website and voice message stated they are open 8am daily. So we called every 10 mins between 8am and 9am. Finally someone answered at 9am. I stated my name and they responded oh you have arrived early, and I commented "yes we have been calling for the last hour"... There response was "no haven't". We were picked up by one of their customer service agents who was not the warmest fuzziest person in the world, but she dealt with us and got us moving. On drop off day which was to be at 4:00 p.m., they called me wondering when we would be arriving and I said I was 15 minutes out. When we arrived there was only one customer service agent. There was a lineup and now there was the stress of. Are we going to get to the airport on time to check into our flight?. The car itself was fine. It was a lovely car. Well maintained clean but their customer service leaves something to be desired and I doubt I will ever use this service again.
