- RSRyan SmithJan 4, 20261.0The customer service with this company is outrageous. We landed in Calgary with a booked rental pickup at a certain time. To find out everyone at the desk decided to go home, leaving us stranded. Leaving us paying for a rental we do not have. No one wants to help and do their job properly, no one has answers at all. Following day we have been calling all day to get our rental and again.. no one wants to help, no one wants to do their job. The customer service just tells us what we want to hear and do not follow through with what they say over the phone. I do not recommend using this rental service. Poor service and very poor knowledge. We will not ever be using Alamo in the future.
