  The customer service with this company is outrageous. We landed in Calgary with a booked rental pickup at a certain time. To find out everyone at the desk decided to go home, leaving us stranded. Leaving us paying for a rental we do not have. No one wants to help and do their job properly, no one has answers at all. Following day we have been calling all day to get our rental and again.. no one wants to help, no one wants to do their job. The customer service just tells us what we want to hear and do not follow through with what they say over the phone. I do not recommend using this rental service. Poor service and very poor knowledge. We will not ever be using Alamo in the future.

  Poor customer service. Staff refused to help me with a broken down rental vehicle with a clear « I don’t care » attitude. Luckily, hotel maintenance staff helped me in 5 minutes so I could get back to Calgary.

  I called several times to confirm that my form of payment would be expected but when I went to pick up the car I was denied. I was stranded at the Calgary Airport. Two more phone calls to customer service later and still no car or resolution.
