  Good service but went to change oil and oil pan bolt so tight can't budge now striped. I've changed my own oil for a long time so not a rookie. Not impressed can't change oil

  I was in for an oil change the other day and the service was good and quick which I'm thankful for the ladies servicing and making sure everything was up to date. When every other shop didnt have an opening this one saved me. But the manager Don or donald, I think that was his name. Was just an absolute disrespectful jerk toward his colleagues and I also didnt like the de-humanizing tone he spoke toward me with when I asked him a few questions. I wouldnt recommed this place to any of my friends.

  This review is strictly for the manager Donald and his unprofessional behavior. Brought a truck in for an oil change to be charged to a buisness account. Gave him all the information and he refused to put the information in as requested. Owner of truck called and informed him directly of how he wanted the information. Come to find out he didnt do what was asked of him and the company refused the invoice as the information wasnt correct. Went back in to pay for the invoice and express my displeasure to the manger who informed me he made no mistakes and attempted to lie about information provided during the call in. I called him out on it as I was sitting in the truck next to him as he recieved that call and heard everything. Paid for the service and requested a more legible receipt so I could claim it through company and he provided me a half blacked out receipt and stated it was the best he could do. Months later company informs us that manager is still attempting to charge them for said invoice despite the fact it was paid for same day by myself. When addressing concerns with manager he is rude and dismissive. Other employees go in and he claims no account exists and that no one from this buisness has been to that location ever which is untrue as myself and all other employees are local to athabasca. He is combative when you don't agree with what he is stating and is pushing customers away due to his behavior and poor managment style.

  Paulena & Suzy were absolutely amazing, stopped in here after running over road debris that had come off the semi truck in front of us, which had caused the undertray of the vehicle to become wedged between the floor pan and road surface. The staff were willing to remove it from the car for us, so my wife and I could continue our trip home to Edmonton.
