  Service was very friendly. Staff were knowledgeable about their products. Although our vehicle is a 2022, we have troubles with our oil filter in stock anywhere but Kia. So we supplied our own filter and the techs had no problems with that. Will definitely be going back.

  The people here were great. They ended up having some issues with my vehicle but they figured it out. Took a little longer than they thought, but still did all with a smile and appreciation for the customer. They know their stuff, come here if you can. I will be coming back.

  Amazing service all-round, the technicians were polite, professional and welcoming. They explained every step clearly with the entire service being completed within 20 or so minutes. Highly recommend.

  We stopped in Today for an oil change, Nash helped us and he was fantastic every step of the way! He checked our whole car and he helped us every time that he could, and when he couldn't he told us exactly what we could do. I'm going to be recommending them to anyone that asks!

  It was a my first visit at Great Canadian Oil change. I was just passing by and I always visited my dealership for service . But this place is also amazing. The mechanic guy was so friendly.. He was very gentle and helpful while dealing with me. He asked me to open up my car’s hood.. and I was embarrassed to say that i actually don’t know where is the lift to open it… He gave me a lovely smile and showed me.. He was so nice and my shyness felt more comfortable dealing with him. He is also so nice the moment I parked the car He offered drinks.. and gave me water. The service was fast and efficient.. He also checked the oil several times and He made sure it’s top up. And also I love the way He asked me if I am alright to do the service like He was informing me the amount I will pay if He’ll do it.. which is very nice specially if f you’re on the budget: asking the customers is very important before doing the job. He also gave us coupon to Domino’s Pizza I wasn’t aware it was written on the sign board .. but we were grateful. I did not remember the name of the guy but He’s wonderful.. young looking guy, with a little bit long hair.. I believe born and race Canada 🇨🇦… I hope you read this… For sure we’ll come back because of your excellent work and exceptional customer service.. This place is highly recommended.
