I only went to these guys due to the fact I get a discount thru my work. Would never in my life let them touch my vehicle again. Drove home (60km) to hear a Horendous sound. Almost instantly knew the culprit (they just put on the new tiers) all rear lug nuts were completely loose and about 60% of the front. Let alone the massive safety issues, this puts premature wear on my many other components. They offered to have a look at the truck after I brought this to their attention. Which I could only laugh off as a joke. As if I’d let them near my vehicle again. Most definitely would not recommend or use these guys!! It’s not that hard to google the torq spec of a vehicle. (Unless your them I guess) completely unacceptable

I think this might be my new favorite spot. My mechanic recently retired and I am needing a new spot for our vehicles. Chris and the team were awesome to deal with and the prices and service was amazing. I have been very unhappy with some other locations around town lately and after getting my winter tires and the things they did and offer I know I’ll be coming back for anything they can help with from now on.

Good service. Waited over two hours to pick up vehicle but it's busy season so no surprise (was told it would take an hour and they'd call when finished). I had to phone to see if they were done which they were. Pickup was smooth and price was good.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
