- KKKK3 days ago1.0I was told I could Drop off the vehicle "after hours". Came after location was closed and there was no drop off key box. Also was told vehicle "had" to be dropped off at this location. I called enterprise customer service and they said any location is fine. Basically it sounds like their staff don't know their own company policies and rules. Very frustrating. DO not use this location. Also when I picked up the vehicle the inside of the this location was filthy dirty and had strange smell inside the building.

I required a truck for work and was given a vehicle with a large cracked windshield — it was the only truck available in the yard, so I had no choice but to take it. The salesperson acknowledged and discussed this existing damage with me before I left the lot. When I returned the vehicle, I waited to hand in the keys but could not wait any longer, so I called the location to advise that the truck had been returned early and where the keys were placed. Despite this, I received a damage report 30 minutes later claiming the windshield crack was new. When I contacted Enterprise customer service, I was told there was no record of the windshield damage prior to my rental — despite it being clearly present and acknowledged at pickup. The sales representative was not helpful at all and did not care to resolve the issue. This experience feels misleading and extremely unfair. I am now being blamed for damage I did not cause and being sent damage fees for something I did not do. Poorly managed business practice, and I will not be returning to this location.

- CRChris RaymondDec 30, 20255.0Recently rented through them as an insurance rental while my F350 was in the body shop after a minor collision and at first, they gave me a kia Sportage after driving that through a white out blizzard and feeling horribly unsafe in it i was able to trade it for a 1/2 ton Silverado! Sammy made sure he took care of me both on arrival the first time and then again when i brought the kia back. his agent was friendly and professional. this is my 3rd time renting from this location and each time they have been amazing to deal with! Thanks for the great service and taking care of my needs

They ensure that you have a great experience from start to finish and iron out any wrinkles that may happen. Myk in particular really remedied a hiccup with our last rental which made a huge difference to us!
