- JJJaime5 days ago1.0Shop around and avoid using Enterprise. If you need to use this location, demand a hail fan be used upon initial inspection. This shop is framing us for hail damage that was not incurred while the vehicle was in our possession. When questioned as to where the damage is and why I couldn’t see it, the staff said, “it cannot be seen with the naked eye”. If damages cannot be seen with the naked eye, the initial walk through needs to be done fairly, with a hail fan. The staff was incredibly rude, and dishonest going as far as to pretend that they were a different employee when communicating with me over email. When called out for lying, they gave me a lame excuse as to why they were claiming that they were someone else. Not acceptable. While trying to resolve the claim, I have been unable to contact the area manager despite leaving several messages.

Don't waste your time here , i'd give negative stars if i could , worst car rental experience i've ever had.
- SBScott BNov 12, 20251.0Enterprise is charging us for hail damage that the vehicle incurred before our rental period. There was a large hailstorm in Airdrie during our rental period, so it seems they were checking all vehicles with a hail fan on return (casts shadows to detects small hail dents). They did not offer a hail fan during the pre-inspection, so the pre and post inspection were not equal. The rep said that the damage found by the hail fan was not visible without a hail fan. One problem with their assumption of hail damage occurring during our rental: We don't live near Airdrie and we experienced no hail during the rental period. The vehicle also stayed in the garage when not in use. We will be fighting this on the grounds that the pre and post rental inspections were not equal, but take caution renting from here.
