    Had no issues. Cost was as shown when rental was reserved on the website, no hidden fees. Employees were professional and competent, pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Vehicle was in good condition and well maintained.

    Terrible customer service and a very disorganized location. I required a truck for work and was given a vehicle with a large cracked windshield — it was the only truck available in the yard, so I had no choice but to take it. The salesperson acknowledged and discussed this existing damage with me before I left the lot. When I returned the vehicle, I waited to hand in the keys but could not wait any longer, so I called the location to advise that the truck had been returned early and where the keys were placed. Despite this, I received a damage report 30 minutes later claiming the windshield crack was new. When I contacted Enterprise customer service, I was told there was no record of the windshield damage prior to my rental — despite it being clearly present and acknowledged at pickup. The sales representative was not helpful at all and did not care to resolve the issue. This experience feels misleading and extremely unfair. I am now being blamed for damage I did not cause and being sent damage fees for something I did not do. Poorly managed business practice, and I will not be returning to this location.
