  This movie theater is awesome! It has a very good variety in its concessions, the bathrooms are super clean, the staff is always very friendly and the actually movie auditoriums are very nice! The upper floor sections are always my favorite for seating, seems like there's more room

  Went in to watch new avatarovie. Arrived 30 minutes before preview. Cinemark has Bring your own bucket popcorn event. Told multiple times by manager if you want popcorn to stay in long line. After a short while they invite people wanting anything else but popcorn to come to second line and buy it. Customers go to that line and order popcorn as well. Cinemark employees hand deliver that popcorn to those people as they go watch their movie. But everyone else is told to stay in the long line. Previews start after we've been there 30 minutes. Oh well. 30 minutes after that movie starts. And it's an additional 30 minutes till we got popcorn for the movie. Complained at ticket counter. Was offered refund for the movie tickets by the cashier due to missing a 1/3 of the movie. Already. Told by the staff manager would bring it to our seats. We go in to watch the movie. No staff comes in. After movie reapproach counter. There's still lines for popcorn. Manager starts since we watched party of thepvie only thing they can do is complimentary tickets to come back. Staff lied about refund and manager decided there was nothing else he could do. Will never come back to the theater. Staff single excuse was too many customers in the theater and they were only following management.

  Nice theater. Saw the TMNT 40th anniversary movie. Lots of food options. Huge bathroom.

  We prefer Cinemark most of the time over other theaters, because they offer the Cinemark Movie Rewards Club subscription. We like building up movie credits and saving on concessions. Ordering concessions ahead makes it a breeze, but going through the line is never a bad experience, even when they are really busy. They do not offer delivery of food to you inside the theater. The seats here are comfortable enough, and the arm rests are movable. A few houses have a broken seat or two in them, but hopefully those will be repaired or replaced soon. Booster seats are offered here. The bathrooms are large, with many stalls and always clean. We love the Secret Movie Series because it is a surprise you see before it comes out for a good price! Other special themes and screenings have also brought us here time and again. That's why we always come back to Cinemark.
