It wasn't too crowded and kids can actually enjoy themselves. The food was pretty good, and the prices weren't bad either. It was $30 per ticket. Not bad for all of the things they get to experience. Will be going back very soon!

I would haven given more stars, but to play with my money I don't think so. They brought our pizza out 45 minutes after we arrived and we were not even notified that it was out. They didn't have my orders correct. They were just doing whatever they wanted to do. And bringing out whatever they wanted to bring out when they wanted to bring it out. They had me so angry. The workers there need to all get on the same accord. Then maybe things will run smoother. I would try them again for another birthday party, but they have to get their stuff in order first.

The venue was dirty and overcrowded, and they closed earlier than the time posted on their website. When I went to the concession stand about 10 minutes before closing, the staff refused to serve any hot food. Go carts weren’t open and there were no attendants on any of the slides. Overall, it was poorly managed and not worth the money. I would not recommend this place or return in the future.

There are also zipline, and rope swing options, including a dedicated play area for children 5, and under. The place is extremely well kept, and clean, with dedicated monitoring staff at points where children might need help. We attended a birthday party, and there were separate tables for upto 12 children, including options of pizza, and drinks. There are also a few arcade games alongside the slides. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to organise a birthday party, or keeping energetic kids busy.
