  We love movie theaters! But I do believe it’s time for this location to get a major renovation. For having so many premiere events, this space is stuck in the 90s. The bathrooms are always dirty, and no one seems to be tending to them. The popcorn is nearly always disappointing. But again, we love to support theaters. I just wish they would renovate and make this space brand new. Cleaning is subpar.

  What time does the movie start? Show up 15 mins after that and you'll still sit through more commercials than you would watching something at home. It's not worth nearly what they charge to be slammed with 50 commercials and then a movie.

  It was nice and toasty on the theater was able to order our food online and it was ready when we got there. We were able to go right in and watch the movie. Great service.

  I’m a rewards member customer who visits this theater frequently and have always enjoyed the experience, but the new concessions line is terribly designed and has made a noticeable negative impact. What used to be a quick and smooth process now takes up to three times as long, and the layout doesn’t incentivize employees to move customers through efficiently, causing unnecessary backups and frustration. Because of this, I’ve skipped buying concessions multiple times, which I never used to do, and it’s disappointing as a regular customer.

  Went to see a movie at this cinema Thursday night our movie started at 1 and we got there at about 12:45, so we ordered two shakes and that took twenty minutes for two shakes! So I waited and wasn’t gonna complain about that. Then I get into the theater and it smells like piss so I let a manager know. He comes in, inspects the smell and admits it does smell like pee, so we move to the end of the row because there’s only about 7 people in there and it smells less but still smells like pee! No refund, additional times, or short pause to clean it, like it’s not some big health issue. I understand it was morning, but other actions should’ve been taken or something should’ve been offered. My four year old doesn’t want to leave but I was still disgusted throughout the movie. Other times we’ve been here it hasn’t been that bad, that’s why it’s not one star.
