My husband and I hardly ever go to the movie theaters and tonight reminded us why. We went to see Running Man in a theater off to the right when you enter the Majestic. We had the worst experience. Thank goodness the movie was good because the experience was horrible. First we chose the bistro as I am 9 months pregnant so we could have everything brought to us and there was no bistro services offered. Then we noticed right away this squealing sound coming from the HVAC unit which occurred through the entire movie until they turned it off toward the end of the movie where it got insanely hot. Lastly. A random bug landed on me which I know you cannot help what flys in but it made me wonder with everything else if there was more of a bug in problem. I think we will stick to movie nights at home.

I love their mystery movies, generally 1 to 2 times a month, reasonable price and you see a new movie not in theaters yet, also they give you the ratings in case of kids. This theater is really good

Listen. I go to the movies to sit in theater seats and share a film with my husband or family. I do NOT go to the movies to sit in a subpar office chair. We got a refund before the film started, and apparently not every theater here as these stupid roller chairs, but I probably won’t be back to this location. For those under 5’ tall, this isn’t the theater for you. Not only are the office chairs awkward and uncomfortable, they don’t have leg support and there’s still a weird wall in the way preventing you from viewing the movie. Just… firm no.

Their service is not quick. Certain booking can only be done online. They need at least 2 weeks of prior notice for private shows booking. In the current competition, I would love Marcus to relook at their strategy to improve their business by better engagement and flexibility

I hadn't been here in years and it's absolutely filthy now, smells disgusting, and the girl working concessions was clearly actively ill.
Theater room itself smelled like sick dog and the ads were loud enough to give you tinnitus. To top it off there were defects in the screen, probably the worst projection I've seen this century.
