Today was the worse I have ever been treated by front staff and management. Our group arrived 35 minute before the show started so we could get our tickets and food. The computer went down and not taken card. They let people in who bought ticket on line after about 15 minutes. I tried to get the tickets on line but when you in the theater it would not go through. The two girls up front where very rude, someone tried to explained that the show was going to start, could we just give her our money and you document in your computer later. The front clerk basically looked at all of us and said there is a 20 minute preview before the show even started. After I went outside and was finally able to get tickets. I went to show the girls up front that we had tickets showed her my phone she told us we had to go to the back of the line. There had to have been at lease 25 waiting in line. The manager came up one time to see what was going on then took a young man that forgot his cell phone back to the theater he was in to retrieve it. Really you couldn’t just let the kid go in and get it himself or send someone else other then the manager? You really need to have a computer down time sheet that can write down the move and price on. At lease get the people in who want to see the movie. We skip the whole treat/popcorn area. Got to our seat just as movie started. For a nice relaxing afternoon with friend it was not. I have been coming to the Renaissance for years and I’ll tell you the last decade it has really gone down. I never write reviews unless there good ones because I had work 50 years in public area and know how this go but this afternoon was not called for or even apologized for things that went wrong.

I came today 25 minutes early with 2 friends to see a matinee. After standing in line at one register we were told her register wasn't working. We moved to the other line and that one had problems and wasn't moving. I made a comment about not getting in the theater on time and the girl working said "they play previews before the movie". I know that, but I like to see the previews. Finally, my friend went on her phone and bought tickets to the same movie that started 5 minutes later. When we said we had tickets the girl said we still had to wait. Once she finished with the person she was ringing up, she looked at my friends phone and let us in. At one point a man (not sure if he was manager) came up front and asked if anyone had tickets on their phone. When I told him we were trying to purchase them on the phone he said "I asked who already had tickets on their phone." Someone came and said they had left their phone in a theater and he went with him and never came back. He knew there were issues with the registers. Normally I don't have an issue at this theater but was VERY disappointed today.

The theater and service are very nice! Handicapped people, take note: the entrance doors can only be opened by physically pulling them; there are no obvious easy means of entry for those with physical limitations.

Very awesome Went to my little nephews birthday party he had there for a screening of Super Mario Bros. and it was perfect. My son has autism and is sensitive to loud noises and the volume for the movie was just right actuallyperfect. I was very surprised to learn about the price to it seemed very accountable and affordable for everything they provide. snacks, cups, drinks and the whole theater for yourself with the family for the movie really cool idea to plan your next birthday party there if your kids and family enjoy movies and going to the movies I highly recommend!

Went last night.. someone brought lots of small children to see The Mummy at a late late show. The kids were crying the whole time, parents on their phone with bright flashing led lights. Plus the recliners were broke. Second show in a row, different theaters had broke recliners, I had to pay for. Plus, teenagers always sneak in and are loud and goof around. Plus the pop corn is always cold and stale and they charge $15 for it. Hasn't been good one time and I literally go every week..
