They have reclining seats that are sometimes noisy so I gave it 4 stars, otherwise they are great. We go often!

I paid most of the year, had an issue with a stolen credit card, and their system canceled my membership, and thus I lost all my credits. They don’t care about their members, basically stole from me, and it’s “my fault” since I had my CC information compromised and wasn’t able to update payment within a couple of days.

You would think they have friendly service for the price of the nasty food but nope, the young people have zero customer service. I typically go to the Oak Creek location and have a much better experience.

Common areas felt neglected, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep were noticeably lacking, which took away from what should be an enjoyable movie-going experience. The auditorium itself showed signs of wear, and it gave the impression that maintenance and attention to detail are not a priority. When you’re paying to relax and enjoy a film, the environment matters, and this location fell short of expectations. With better upkeep and consistent maintenance, this theater could be much more inviting. As it stands, it does not compare well to other nearby cinemas that clearly invest more care into their facilities.
- CAChris ADec 28, 20254.0Theater is very nice and clean. Prices are high for food and drinks but we expected that. My only complaint was the sound. The movie we saw had especially loud trailers before the movie. You may expect that as it's like commercials on TV. But the movie was also way too loud. Small theater rooms do not need to be that loud!
