I was out for my birthday to enjoy a movie and ordered a simple chicken wrap 30 minutes before my movie. 45 minutes later, I still had no food. Then, one of the workers said, 'Oh, I'm sorry, we have other orders right now.' Usually, I can be patient, but all I saw was cooks playing around and complaining, and all the other workers eating food while standing around with no urgency. I ended up asking for a refund, and whoever the lady/manager was at the register seemed like she didn't even know how to use the screen, which took another 10 minutes. I manage a kitchen, and in a movie environment, there should be a push for good ticket times! If you do order food, go at least an hour earlier to plan at this place.

For the first half of the movie my boyfriend coughed continuously. The seats in our theater definitely need some updates. Tears and slanted when you sit down.

Tonight my husband and I went to see the newest Demon Slayer movie and there was a very young child there with a grandmother who would have rather been anywhere else. He talked and talked no matter how many times people asked him to stop, then, for the final ten minutes of the movie, rubbed his hands up and down the metal railing by his seat, filling the theater with grating, screeching squeaking. I'm a high sensory person and this was a terrible experience. We waited months to see this movie. Either more enforcement is needed for R-rated movies or staff needs to periodically check in more often.
