  Movie was good but experience wasn’t great at all. I got there and they told us they didn’t have the kids offer, but then they gave the kids offer to the next people, so rude. It is unfair because I literally brought a kid with me?? They also didn’t give us any glasses for the 3D movie and everyone was confused and had to go get them. The directions were so unclear and they seemed as they didn’t care at all.

  I wish I could do this review in two parts. Went to see a movie with some friends and drove over 30 minutes to this theater to see a movie that was playing at this specific theater for only one night. The movie was on sat feb 28th at 7:30 gentleman that checked us in was very friendly, place was busy but we got through the snack line very fast and I the gentleman that helped us went above and beyond asked us what movie we were seeing and shared the excitement with us of it being a one night showing, even gave us extra bags and a cup to scoop and share are large popcorn without even asking he was on top of it! That evening was amazing and I wish I could give that specific night 5 stars. The problem came the day after. Half way home I realized I had left my purse in the theater and I understand I could of avoided this entire situation by remembering my things but I left a message that night leaving a description of my purse “black and white with Frankenstein and monsters on it” which is very unique so I thought it was a good enough description. Didn’t not receive a call so I called again n the morning and spoke with someone reiterating my message of the description of my bag, and the theater number, row and seat I was in. A movie was currently playing so she would get back to me once it was over and someone could check, no big deal. Hours go by I still hear nothing I call back no one answers so I drive to the theater. Explain the situation and the person at the theater is the person I talked to on the phone, another movie had just started in the same theater so I have to wait another 2 hours. I come back and they send someone to go look for my purse, while waiting in the lobby I overhear someone in the concession area say “is it the one with the monsters on it?” I look over at her and I’m like that’s definitely my purse. I’m informed that they have to go get it from the office and the woman who originally went to look for it approached me and lectured me about how I needed to give a better description of the bag because she was looking for a small wallet or wristlet. I informed her I said in my message and to the person on the phone it was a purse and gave the detail that Frankenstein was on it. She continued to lecture me about how more about the bag would have helped them and making it seem it was my fault, I assumed there were not 20 other bags with Frankenstein on them. A man came out of the office with my bag and informed me it had been there since last night. I feel if any bag had been found in the EXACT theater, row and seat I had given I should have been asked about it. I went back and forth on the phone and had to drive back and forth multiple times taking up most of my day. My car keys, house keys, debit cards everything was in that bag, I assumed it had been stolen if someone checked twice and found nothing as it’s a larger bag and very unique and started to worry about how’d I’d even get to work the next day. I don’t know where the miss communication happened, or if someone didn’t look in the right places but all of this could have been easily handled in the morning had someone communicated.
