  Our recliners did not work so we sat in different seats after movie started . Previews seemed to last forever . Not showing up on time for movie again . Will probably show 15-20 minutes later to skip the 7 minute curtain time then all the previews .

  I went to this theater recently around 8 to see a movie I and my girlfriend drove 35 minutes to see this and when we arrived we went to purchase a ticket and we are both 19 and they told us we had to come back with an adult 25 and older to come see a movie which is very weird since we are consider adults that can buy a car, a house and groceries so we were highly confused on why an adult needs to bring an adult to see a movie??? I just want this theater to think about college students that come down from other states to come and go to college here how would they go find an adult 25 and older to come see a movie?? Like actually how and it just amazes me how they are sticking with those policies when they’re is clearly some polices that needs to be talked about and discussed because this is highly unprofessional to be sending adults away to go get an adult. Management is horrible here they did terrible with this situation the guy at the register was very apologetic while the tall manager with braids and a side ponytail was horrible very unprofessional using words like “oh well” in a situation like this is not manager like and she needs to be studied for how unserious and disrespectful she was. I would give them 0 stars but I can’t so I’ll give them 1

  Food and service was very good. A+ burgers and dining in the bar area. The only thing that took away from our positive experience was the young couple that sat right next to us reeking of Marijuana. It made it very hard to fully enjoy the movie. It was so strong it gave both my wife and I a headache and feeling nauseous.

  Came to watch Avatar, a PG 13 movie for a 7PM showing. Bought the tickets online and drove 40 minutes out to theater only to be turned around at the door, were I was informed for the first time about the youth escort policy. While the young lady checking tickets was understanding about our confusion the security guard was extremely rude and snappy. Although, I am understanding of the policy I am frustrated that it was not advertised enough while buying the tickets online. To make matters worse it was too close to the showing time to get a full refund for the online purchase. They gave back cash at the desk as my refund but didn’t get the full amount back. This is the only movie theater around with this policy and it feels unnecessary.

  Went to the theater recently to watch a movie and the theater was understandably busy and the workers were great, but one manager in particular was really snappy and mean to his employees . I believe his name is John as I heard one of the employees mention it but honestly management needs to do better with how they speak to their employees in front of customers. it's very unprofessional. The service was great and Avatar was amazing. I would’ve given 5 stars but the rude comments from management really threw me off.
