  Great Marcus Theatre location that offers the latest theatrical releases, a great concessions section and comfy lounge seating. The staff are very friendly and other cinema goers are respectful of cinema etiquette. This cinema is located within the Southridge Mall so there is plenty of free parking.

  On a Wednesday night at 7:45 pm the bar was closed . I came out after the movie started , at 8:20 pm to get a soda/snack, there was no staff to be found anywhere . I could hear lots of staff in the kitchen as I walked by. I didn't want to put in an order online and wait 20 minutes for a soda to be delivered to my seat . As I walked out after the movie , all of a sudden there was a staff member waiting to clean the theater and a staff member in the lobby . This theater is 5 minutes from my house, but you guys need to have staff /concessions available to purchase in person if people want them .

  Great... I love Marcus Theaters. It was my first time at this Marcus BistroPlex Southridge and no complaints. We didn't order food but from what I seen the food runner was doing an amazing job 🙌.

  This theater will always be my first choice. The main reason I keep coming back is how spacious and clean it is, with the added bonus of the Super Screen auditoriums. The staff are friendly, and I’ve spoken to the manager a couple of times—though I forgot her name she has always been accommodating, like when my seat wasn’t reclining. The food is decent, just a bit pricey. The only real downside and I think many would agree, is the lack of a proper concession stand. I went yesterday on a busier day, to see Strangers 2 and since the food wait time was listed at 30 minutes, I figured I’d just order a soda. But the employee at the register confidently told me the wait for a soda would be 15–20 minutes. For a soda? I went to my seat waited and after 20 minutes into the movie still had no drink. When I finally went to the bar, a younger woman asked how she could help, and I told her it was ridiculous to wait that long just for a soda. I’ve said it before and I’ll stress it again they really need a separate concession stand or at least a designated soda station
