  I have special needs and Emma was very accommodating. She was kind, compassionate and professional. I appreciate the hospitality and will be back for my next movie.

  The theater was great and I enjoyed the movie. The seating is spacious and I love the recliner chairs.

  I don't normally leave reviews, but tonight, my family was harassed by a Staff at Marcus Theatres. We'd gone to see Project Hail Mary at a 9:30 showing on the 24th of March, and the movie ended just shy of 1 am. As soon as the movie ended and the credits just finished and the lights came on, this bearded security guard(?) started rushing us out, shouting "Got everything? Time to go". Normally, that’s fine, trust that we understand closing time. However, my mom was having a sudden health-related (womanly) situation and needed to use the restroom. The security guard proceeds to walk past us, passive aggressively telling us he "just wants to go home", and my father says "us too" because honestly, what can we say? We get it, nobody wants to be stuck afterhours, but my guy was acting as if we were frolicking through the bathrooms and halls of a dead movie theater. Obviously something is happening? At around 1:13, she was able to leave the bathroom, and needed a moment to sit and breathe through some pain. Instead of showing even an ounce of basic empathy, the guy came up to us, yelling at us to leave, that it's "20 minutes past close" when it was a bit past 10, asking invasive questions like whether it was a “medical issue,” and speaking in an aggressive, impatient tone I'd never imagine using with a customer. My mom started crying so I approached and I told him it was medical since he demanded it out of us, and he proceeded to ignore me, basically telling us "oh well" by saying we had to leave now as it was 25 minutes past close. To sit in my car, and see the clock say 1:16 and my mom visibly in pain crying from the stress and embarrassment over a few minutes, I can only hope the guy is happy to make the night worse over someone who is already being reduced to tears. A complete power-trip, once it was clear she was in pain and dealing with a health-related situation, the response should have shifted. We've all worked in retail at some point in our lives, but never have I belittled a customer to tears for taking time to deal with their medical issue. This will be the first time in my life I will be filing a proper complaint with the company. We will be going out of our way to avoid this theater in the future.
